Hello, Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know I received the Taye Studio Birch kit in autumn red. I had an Aquarian Super Kick II laying around so I put that on the kick drum batter side. All I can say is "wow!", I am in love with these drums! I can't imagine being happier with a kit.

It's so nice to work with a professional drum shop staffed by knowlegable drummers rather than receptionists who will just take your order without any discussion or input. I honestly would gladly pay you guys more then one of the big box stores just because I respect the service you bring to the table. The thing is, you have some of the best prices I've seen. I really can't imagine why someone would shop one of the big box stores instead of Just Drums. Thanks again!

DON'T BUY ANY DRUMS FROM ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Last year I was looking into buying a drum kit to replace my old, warped and mismatched kit which I'd had for 25 years. Once I had decided on a Mapex Meridian kit, I started contacting dealers.

I was sorely disappointed with other dealers. I wanted the new kit with extra toms and a few new cymbals, a significant investment, but for some reason those dealers never returned my messages. Perhaps they thought that I wasn't serious.

After some searching on the internet, I found Just Drums and sent off an e-mail. I heard back within 24 hours, and it was obvious that they knew I was serious and wanted my business, and that they were going to be very accomadating. They were more than courteous and more knowledgable of the products than I expected.

After we discussed what I was going to buy, they gave me a quote for the total price. Their quote was more than fair and was less than I expected.

They had my kit in stock, but the 2 additional toms I wanted had to be ordered. They told me how long it would take to get them from the factory - and true to their word, they arrived exactly when they said they would from the factory, almost to the day!

If you intend to purchase ANYTHING relative to percussion, and want a fair deal from a reputable and knowledgable seller, you need go no further than Just Drums. As for me, I'll NEVER buy anything from anyone else again. These folks know what they're talking about, and they are friendly and knowledgable about all of their products. They just can't be beat. Thanks for helping me get that kit I've always wanted...

Justdrumsonline.com was a fantastic way to order my drums.  I had been contemplating my order for months and I finally pulled the trigger.  Your web site is well organized and informative.  A competitors web site with the same drums was lacking any information whatsoever, including the drum sizes!

Just wanted to take a minute to say thanks for my recent order. I shopped around for weeks looking for the Roland TD-9K2-S V-Tour Series Electronic Drum Set that I purchased. I anticipated finding a deal by the time Black Friday came around. I stumbled onto your site via a google search looking for Roland retailers. The deal I got from your store was a minimum of $150 less than anywhere I checked. I placed my order on Thursday night (actually about 1:00am Friday morning central time) and was blown away to find the drums had arrived at my house on Monday afternoon and this was with free shipping via fed ex. It was a great ordering experience and the kit is everything I had hoped for. I periodically place orders online for my acoustic set so I will definitely be checking back whenever I need to order anything at all drum related.

I received my 6x13 Ahead Snare drum today and all I have to say about the product down to the service I received is WOW.  What I did not know was there was an included snare drum bag and that was just the icing on the cake.  Shane is the man!  Every other retailer (or ebay merchant) had me waiting 2-3 weeks for this product so when I call JUST DRUMS he (Shane) says he will check his stock and get back to me.  Well, having called EVERY place I could find on the internet I almost certainly knew that this meant a long wait as well.  I did not have time to convey to him the importance of me receiving this snare drum ASAP but as it turns out, it did not matter.  A half an hour later he calls me back telling what I already knew EXCEPT for the fact that HE CALLED AHEAD THE COMPANY THEMSELVES and they would send one right out for me right away. Talk about service.  I will never deal with another drum retailer again other than JUST DRUMS...........it is pointless.  This guy Shane is a drummer and can identify with US.  Well done, Just Drums, I am a believer and thank you for the most positive experience.

I just have to post a wee plug about Just Drums of Richmond, Virginia. I bought a Ludwig Bronze, 6.5x14 tube lug from these folks, July 10. It's in my basement - arrived today! - ready for play later this eve.

These guys were friendly and fast. Dave Brown at Justdrumsonline is The Man! Shipping - to Michigan's UP, was FREE. They didn't have the snare I wanted 'in-stock' but a call to their Ludwig rep unearthed his Last One. Now it's here, factory-direct from Monroe, N.C., with no fuss, or muss.

Essentially I emailed most of the shops I recognized- not all of them, but probably 10 or 12. You were the first to reply and- believe it or not, only one other shop replied (of course, they replied late late last night and wanted more for the drum). I got the snare last week, in perfect shape and it sounds GREAT! I wanted to say thanks for your guys' excellent attention to service. It's been the most hassle-free online drum buying experience I've had- I've tried Musician's Friend, Music 123, and Guitar Center, and not one of them offers the personal service, emails from real people rather than some automatically generated emails/inept online "customer service" depatment, and fast shipping that you do. Also, even though the above mentioned places claim that they offer the lowest price guaranteed, not one of them would match your price or even get back to me on matching your price, which was the lowest I found on the internet for this particular Pork Pie snare! Great job and the best personal service! Thanks! I will DEFINITELY be ordering from you again- forget the chain stores!

I ordered a snare drum that I've wanted for years. A Mapex 6 1/2" x 14" Black Panther - Deep Forest - Natural Cherry with gold trim. Before I could hang the phone up to just ask about it, my e-mail is blinking with the info I asked for. Next I called up and ordered it. BAM! Confirmation in the e-mail in-box. Two minutes later, they have already placed my order with the factory and want to confirm my address. So I send an e-mail back, confirming the address. BAM!! Another e-mail thanking me for my order and confirming the shipping date.
