Just Drums normally ships all in-stock orders via FedEx. We feel that FedEx gives our customers the best price and the best service. However, some products are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer who may use FedEx, UPS, or even USPS.
Regardless of the carrier or source of your order, we make every effort to ensure that delivery occurs within the estimated shipping time, up to a maximum of thirty (30) days. If we are unable to supply your goods within thirty (30) days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders or items can be canceled at any time and a full refund will be issued if applicable.
You must notify us within seven (7) working days of receipt of any goods that are damaged, missing, or incorrect. If we receive no such notification, you will be deemed to have accepted your items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items which are shown to have not been received by the customer.
Just Drums will sometime ship items in the manufacturer's original packaging - especially for larger items such as drum sets and drum hardware. This may reveal the contents of the shipment so if this is a gift, please make a special request to Just Drums to ship in a generic box or disguise the shipment.
