If you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from Just Drums which are shipped directly from our store, you can return it for an in-store credit only (of the product purchase price ) toward another product. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We give you 30 days from the shipping date to make your decision. Just Drums will only accept returns made within the first 30 days from shipment. Unless the item is damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees.
Drop Shipped Merchandise
If items are shipped directly from a manufacturer (known as "drop shipped" or "direct ship" ) and the items are not defective in
anyway, then they cannot be returned for a full credit or refund. These type of returns are evaluated on a case by case basis. Just Drums reserves the right to refuse returns of this type.
If the return is accepted by Just Drums, a 15% Restocking Fee will be applied to the credit. Shipping expenses cannot be refunded. If these custom items have been opened or used in any way, they cannot be returned. These types of purchases are considered custom orders and these items cannot be restocked for resale.
Examples of such items are: custom ordered drums, specialized parts, custom cases, custom or even standard cymbals, and specialty hardware.
Items that cannot be returned
These items are returnable only if defective OR unopened or unused: earplugs,
drumheads, drumsticks, clothing/footwear, cleaners, polishes, and polishing cloths.
Computer software, instructional books, CDs, DVDs, and videos may be returned for credit only if they are in their original,
sealed packaging. If defective, these items will only be exchanged for the same product.
Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 30-day guarantee period.
All returned items must be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card and owner's manual and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit card returns are issued a credit
for purchase price. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.
If you need to return an product/item that was originally shipped to you free of charge, the amount of your store credit or refund will be less the shipping cost we incurred to ship your item. For example, if you choose to return a drum set you paid $1000 for (that was shipped to you for free), your refund or credit will likely be $50-$100 less than the original purchase price due to the shipping expenses we incurred to shipping the item to you.
Please allow 5 Business Days after receiving the returned item(s) to inspect and evaluate the return before issuing a refund or credit.
