This DVD showcases the Santana rhythm section, starring Raul Rekow and Karl Perazzo on congas, timbales, and other percussion instruments. Joining them are Billy Johnson and Myron Dove, from the Santana band, on drums and bass along with keyboard player Rebeca Mauleon. The band applies traditional rhythms such as Guajira, Guaguanco, Palo, Cha-Cha, Rumba Columbia, and Afro-Cuban 6/8 to actual musical arrangements, and provides instruction for each on various percussion instruments.
